LRTCV Tuner Preamp in Breedlove Stage Concert CD stopped working

My tuner preamp has suddenly stopped working. I changed the battery. Tuner works. It seems that the preamp/pick up is not working. I've tried if with both an amp and an audio interface. I had to order a second cable so I can try that, because I only have one cable. Is there any other way I can troubleshoot this, or will it need to go to a repair shop? Does a luthier fix the electronics or someone else?

Also, I can't find a user manual for this product. It's not on the Baggs website. Is there any other site where I could find a user manual?

Hey Quinn,
I would definitely recommend taking the guitar to a repair shop first. If they can diagnose and repair the issue, great! If they can't, then they can contact the manufacturer about repairs or any replacement parts.

That particular system uses an LR Baggs undersaddle pickup, but the actual preamp electronics and output connections were designed and made by Crafter for Crafter and Breedlove guitars. If you need to contact them, I would try Breedlove first. They have great customer service.
