Anthem Stage Pro doesn't show the note display when tuning

Good day,

I got a Rainsong guitar brand new with an Anthem Stage Pro on it about 6-7 weeks ago. All videos that I've seen of it show the note letter displayed but mine doesn't. It's just red & green dots with arrows. Is it supposed to show the note name and if so, how do I get my Anthem to show this display?

Hey Emil,
You should definitely be getting a letter reading on your tuner, as well as the sharp/flat indications.

If you play a note and adjust the tuning peg, do the sharp/flat indications respond like you would expect? In other words, is the tuner working normally aside from not showing the letter indication?

It's showing me whether I'm flat or sharp with the arrows/lights but no note indication.
