IMix problem - no sound from ibeam

Hi Noir,

The first troubleshooting I would do is to swap the two pickups at their inputs to the iMIX preamp. That should reveal whether there may be an issue with the iBeam pickup or with the iMIX's iBeam channel.

Please swap the pickups at their inputs and relay what happens when you do.

Hi all, I recently installed a brand new iMix into a new guitar, used it once last night at a gig with both the ibeam and element working fine. Did a gig today and the ibeam had no output. My setup is in mono and the pickups were already adjusted for volume.

Any idea how to troubleshoot this issue? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
