M80 Impedance?

Hello good folks, so I'm figuring out my pedal situation, and wondering if anyone knows the output impedance of the new M80 pickup?
I'm guessing it would be in "active" mode...

The Venue DI boasts 10 million ohm input impedance, but the Empress Para EQ has 1/2 million ohm input, just wondering if I might get a fuller sound with the higher input or if it doesn't really matter...

Oh, forgot to mention I already own the Para Eq, so I guess I don't want another pedal if I don't really need it...

Justin in our engineering department tells me that he measured or calculated the output impedance of an M80 to be around 1.5kOhm.
