iMix controls not working, but pickup is

I am wondering if anyone has encountered this before and if so, were you able to fix it. The iMix in my Composite Acoustics guitar is working, but none of the
controls do anything. The volume, gain, mix, etc. do not function in either stereo or mono mode. Has my guitar tech stumped as well.

So you have output from the pickup system but no control? Is this the internal iMIX with soundhole-mounted thumbnails or does it have a preamp/control unit in the side of the body?

Yes, that's correct - I have output but no control. I have the iMix with the soundhoul-mounted thumbnails.
