stage pro battery life short ?

Hi All

I have fitted a stage pro system element + anthem system in a customers guitar and he is complaining that the battery does not last long. Anyone here have any experience of how long the battery normally lasts with this system.

There may be a short in the output harness. That would cause the preamp to remain on at all times, and constantly be draining the battery. If that's the case, the harness/jack can easily be replaced.

I did swap out the cables, definitely problem with the preamp.
