classical anthem in 12 string guild ?

Accidentally ordered a LR Baggs Anthem-SL Classical intead of the steel string version...
Will the classical version still work ok in a 12 Guild f-412 steel string?

Hi paulysilo,
Unfortunately, the Anthem SL Classical has some preamp tunings that will not translate well to steel string guitars. The mic extends to a lower frequency, so there is a larger risk of feedback if used on steel string guitars. There is also a mid-range boost in the preamp EQ that won't sound very good either.

So if you want to get the best sound out of your guitar, the best results will be with the steel string Anthem SL.
