Hi All,
I'm just thinking about to try an LR Baggs LB6 into my 2003 Godin A6.
I'm not 100% happy with the sound of the A6 as it is, the sound of bass strings could be more natural and sometimes the highs are too harsh.
I have checked String spacing between E to E and the length of the saddle, it is all okay and it seems it would fit perfectly.
Has anyone tried this change in a Godin A6 ? Does the LB6 make the Godin A6 sound better or different ?
Any modification is needed to the premamp after the change or maybe it would be just a simple piezo pickup change and it is good to go ?
Any ideas, experiences are welcome.
