Lyric in an OM?

I have an OM guitar (Kim Griffin w/Brazilian and Adirondack).

Is the Lyric a good choice for this type of guitar? Most of the Lyric posts I have read have been about dreds and an Om is very different.

I'm thinking of putting one in my Martin OM-18V.

We've seen the Lyric installed on several OM guitars so far, with excellent results. Just be aware going into the Lyric install that if you are used to a Piezo "sound", the Lyric will lack bass in comparison. The Lyric's bass response is very natural compared to the unplugged sound, but Piezo pickups add some extra bass that isn't usually there. This is usually more noticeable on OM guitars.
