Hi, where can I find out warranty information on your pickups? (how many years, what is covered, etc)

Hey RB,
Here are some excerpts from our warranty card and our installation manuals.

"L.R. Baggs warrants to the using purchaser that our products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and proper use for a period of one (1) year."

"Our systems must be installed by a professional dealer/installer. We do not provide installation advice or support for home or hobbyist installations. We will not be responsible for any damage to the guitar, pickup system or personal injury resulting from installation".

I bought an M1A and I’ve been really delighted with it. However I’ve been having a problem with it cutting out intermittently. I’ve located that the problem is in the separate jack cable, where the wiring enters the jack socket, when I wiggle it, you can hear it crackling/shorting. That section is sealed in the heat shrink covering though so I can’t investigate any further. I bought it from an authorised dealer on ebay (Harmon Music) and have sent a number of messages over the last 3 weeks but had no reply! Starting to stress as I have gigs coming up, and the warranty period is ending, could you advise please?
