question re: anthem pro

my anthem pro went out on me , after a gig there is signal but very weak (need to turn amp all the way up) and if i press the tuner button i just get flashing green light
new battery tested good

any suggestions

Hey Tommy,
We spoke this morning. The replacement Element is already on it's way, so I'll replace the rest preamp and any other necessary parts when they arrive here.
