iBeam Passive and Element Onboard

I have an iBeam passive and an Elelment Onboard system. The element onboard had a bad Piezo, so it was removed, can it be replaced with the iBeam?

I don't want to buy a new unit if I don't need to...somebody, anybody got an answer?

The iBeam has much higher output than the Element. So unfortunately, the iBeam would overdrive the Element preamp and cause major distortion issues.

If you go to your local LR Baggs dealer, you can order a replacement Element pickup pretty easily. Our dealers don't usually stock replacement parts, but they can order it for you.
