I am having some trouble with consistency using my Baggs DI Venue tuner. When I'm on stage and kickdown on the mute/tuner function it works for a while (three or four times after songs) but towards the middle of the set it stops working/lighting up and I cannot use it to tune. After reading some posts I see that other people are having same problems. I didn't discover any solutions reading the posts. Anybody out there with any solutions? Is this a design flaw?

I have talked with some people before who have had similar issues with their Venue tuners, but I don't know that I've heard of this issue specifically. Intermittent issues tent to be very difficult to troubleshoot, but I would be happy to see what I can do.
In general, a lot of the (new) Venue users that I have talked to don't realize that the tuner is designed to shut off after 3 minutes, in order to save power. In order to get it back on, you have to click the tuner off, leave it off for about 2-3 seconds, and then re-engage it. If you are only tuning in-between songs, then this shouldn't be a problem, but I thought it might be worth mentioning.
If that is not what you are experiencing, then we may need to troubleshoot a little bit and potentially have you send your DI in for evaluation.
