Para DI into amp return?

I was wondering if the Para DI will work straight into the return of my main Valve amp? I've recently bought a Para DI, and wondered if I can use it in a similar way to the AMT P2 I have that can do this?

I'm sorry for the delay and thankful for your patience.

There should be no issue with connecting the Para DI's output to the return jack of an amp's effects loop. The Para DI should act as normal in place of the amplifier's preamp section.
