New to the forum, but couldn't find an answer to this issue. I've been using the Radius M for years without problem, but it's now suddenly making a buzzing sound when a string or chord is strummed as well as seems to have lost is sensitivity (and tone) for the low end. It almost sounds like a reed/kazoo type of vibration, which makes me wonder if something is broken or cracked in the transducer. Any ideas on how to figure this one out?
