Hi! I have the same guitar and the same question. Would like to use a stereo Y cable to my two amps because I get hum with the stock setup when both amps are connected with individual cables. Each amp by itself works fine, no hum.

I have the factory wiring diagram - I'm thinking replace the battery negative wire on the mag/mix jack with the mag wire from the mag jack giving me a stereo jack connection... hoping I can still turn off the battery power with the three way switch on the mag setting. Will this work?

    Thanks!
    Bob

    Stereo Wiring question

Here goes... I have an a Ibanez Rg2120x with a piezo output. I'm trying to see if it is possible to wire a switched stereo jack into the guitar in order for both signals to be carried on a single stereo cable instead of the dual mono output. I have a 4 conductor stereo output I would like to use. Is this possible and how would it have to be wired?
Working...
