Venue + Boss AD-3

Hello,

I am new to the forums here. Quick question: I have the Venue and a Boss AD-3 that I would like to connect together. I want to use 2 notch filters (one on each device) - the eq on the boss will be flat with most of the processing happening on the Venue. My question is the order the 2 should be ran in? Guitar into Venue into Boss into mixing console? or? Any advice would be helpful.

It's a Gibson Acoustic 415 with the LR Baggs Element Pickup in it.

Ok,
The Element shouldn't have any trouble going into the Venue or the Boss first. I would personally try to run the Boss first, and then the Venue. That way you get the flexibility of the different outputs on the Venue.

You could also run the Boss in the Venue's FX loop, but I'd guess that it's probably going to sound pretty similar, since you're using an active pickup already. I personally like to try different configurations for myself and decide what sounds best to my own ears.
