It will really depend on how the LB6 responds to your guitar. I would think that you'd be OK running directly into the Session DI to start. If you need additional EQ, see what you can get from your amp or mixer. If you really need more than that, then you can look into an additional EQ pedal. The LB Pre doesn't have much of EQ in it.
