LR Baggs X Bridge Issue

I installed the X Bridge pickup into my Fender Stratocaster. The piezo works but my magnetic pickups don't. I reviewed the wiring diagram several times and can't figure out why its not. Am I missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
