red light paracoustic

hallo i want some help,I recently bought a new one paracoustic di,I noticed the red lamp, is not as bright as the others para acoustic di,I changed battery again,but it was not particularly bright,when I plug it through the console with fantastic power, the green light is more intense than the red light,does not flicker the red light, just does not shine very strongly,has an influence on the performance of the preamplifier?

Hello sisosni,
I responded to your email. The LED will not alter the performance of the unit. If the LED is dim, then it is likely a faulty LED, rather than an issue with the battery.

Definitely the problem is not about battery but I don't see how it can influence performance of the preamplifier.

If the red LED is dim, it doesn't necessarily mean that it is receiving low power. If the sounds from the preamp is good, then the LED itself it probably out of spec.
