L.R. Baggs Preamp - Treble slide not working

I just purchased a used 2004 Godin A11 Glissentar; the preamp works, with the exception of the treble slide control. The attached photo of the circuit board of the preamp shows:
A6/A4
REV C
(C) 2000 L.R. BAGGS

Is a replacement preamp available, or perhaps one that would fit the typical Godin acoustic scheme (see 2nd photo)?

Unfortunately, LR Baggs has not made the A6 preamp in over a decade. So no replacement systems are available from us.
