  • Venue bad boost switch

The boost switch on my Venue is only working intermittently. The unit is a little over 2 years old. Most time I am getting no sound at all, if I depress it , then unexpectedly , I will either get the loud boost or normal sound. I emailed tech support but did not receive a reply. Is this something that is an easy fix I can do it at home? If not does Baggs accept units for repair or is there a way I can find out if there is an authorized repair shop locally that I can bring it to? Also is Baggs not good at replying to customers questions?

    Hey Ed,
I just spoke with you on the phone. Sorry to hear that your email didn't make it though. We are usually pretty quick to respond to our emails.

If you need anything else, feel free to get a hold of me directly at 805-929-3545 ext. 121, or at [email protected]lrbaggs.com.
