Hey ariekazy,
I personally go back and forth on EQ-> Comp or Comp-> EQ. I think for the Lyric I would try to EQ it a bit first, and then run the Barber in the FX loop with the Reverb. That way, you can send the DI signal from the Venue to the FOH, with the FX you want, using the amp as a monitor. If the sound guy wants less reverb, he can tell you. If you are often asked to turn your reverb down, then it may be good to move it in between the DI and the amp.
That's just my approach. There really isn't a single right answer on how to order effects. I hope that helps though.
