Howdy - the good folks at Gryphon Guitars installed an Anthem system in my Santa Cruz 12 fret a couple of years ago. I do really love it, but the tiny "sensitivity" dial that you have to turn with a plastic mini-chop stick seems to have stripped and now spins freely...I don't know what the warranty is on this kind of thing. How would I go about getting it repaired? Is it actually repairable? Or would the whole system need to be replaced?
