Anthem pickup system used with acoustic guitar Impulse Responses.

Hello!
I am son to add the Anthem pickup to my acoustic for live use and would like to try and use the pickup with Impulse Responses of acoustic guitars. Has anyone used the Anthem with IRs successfully? What was your experience and what IR hardware did you use?

Hey Crooner,

I've used the Anthem a little bit with some 3 Sigma IR's, via the Line 6 Helix. The experience was a brief, but I learned a lot. The Anthem's mic doesn't layer with the IR as well as the Element does, but my favorite setting was about 50/50 mic and pickup on the Anthem, with about a 60% blend on the IR. The IR "sound" is a little odd to me still. Most IR's sound kind of tubby or "loose". So I feel like I have to use just enough to cover up the pickup, but not so much that I lose the direct sound of the pickup attack.

IRs are a very interesting concept, but I think it has some room for improvement.
