Please help me~! about my LR baggs stage pro!

Hi.

My LR baggs stage pro pickup has some problems.
There are two push buttons on pickup (tuner, phase).
That push buttons is inoperative forever. So, I try to restore my pickup.

Where can I find same push buttons of pickup or other one had same spec??
Please tell me anyone who known website or part no.
