I have had this GigPro for a few years but have not used it for a while because I preferred the Para DI. Now i have need to use it to boost a M1passive pickup but it does not work. I put in a new battery and get a bright light but no signal at all comes out. It used to work fine. What could have gone wrong with the unit?

The biggest reason that I've seen for a Gigpro to stop working is if the unit is dropped, and the Treble pot is damaged.
Sometimes wiggling the pot will cause the signal to cut in and out. In any case, if you want to email me at [email protected], I can tell you what we can do to get that repaired for you.
