LR Baggs PRS Hollowbody II High E not working

Have a 20th Anniversary PRS Hollowbody II and the high E periodically stops working. When I pull the piezo guts out half way and put it back in it works for a while. Afraid to pull the entire electronics out because something seems to be keeping it from coming out all the way.

Ideas?

Hey Tom,
It sounds like the connection from the Piezo sensor to the preamp is intermittent. If the other strings are working normally, then it's probably a physical connection issue.
