  • New Gibson Hummingbird Rosewood AG with LR Braggs Element VTC fabric mounted

Playing it acoustic sounds great - but when I pug it in my amp ( Bose F812 ) the B string is sound higher that the rest - that is very annoying

I do have a Martin DM12 also with LR Braggs no problems at all

is there any one how knows or had similar issue and know how to solve

    thanks in advance

    Hey John,
It sounds to me like the saddle just needs to be balanced. If you bought the guitar new, the shop you purchased it from should be able to check that out for you.

I would make sure that there is no debris in the saddle slot (splinters, sawdust, etc.), on or under the pickup. Then I would make sure that the bottom of the saddle is entirely flat and that the saddle fit is not too tight in the slot.

It should be fairly easy to remedy.
