  • Align series is battery draining if not engaged?

Hi I have an Align Series Reverb which I use with an L R Baggs pick up in one of my Larrivee guitars and a Fishman 3 in my other Larrivee guitar. I generally use it with battery power. If I have the unit plugged in (input and output) but not engaged is the battery still draining or does the bypass prevent that. In other words at the end of a session do I need to completely unplug the jacks from the unit to prevent battery drain?

    Hey leolyons,
Like most effects pedals, the Align Reverb turns on when a cable is plugged into the input. Unplugging the cable from the input of the pedal is the only way to keep the battery from draining.
