I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 000 SERIES MARTIN WITH "A" FRAME BRACING. I'M SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING A L.R. BAGGS PUP. THE ANTHEM IS A LITTLE TO PRICEY FOR ME BUT I REALLY LOVE THE SOUND. SO HERE I AM BETWEEN THE M1A AND THE I BEAM. I LISTENED TO BOTH ON LINE BUT WITH YOUR GUITAR AND MY SMALL COMPUTER SPEAKERS I REALLY DON'T FEEL THAT GIVES ME A REAL GOOD COMPARISON OF THE TWO. I PLAY MOSTLY AT HOME; WHEN I PLAY PUBLICLY IT IS TO A VERY SMALL AUDIENCE. I DO NOT USE A PICK. WHICH DO YOU SUGGEST I CHOOSE? OR IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE? I WILL HAVE THIS PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED. I HATE THE THOUGHT OF DRILLING HOLES IN MY GUITAR BUT WHATEVER IS NECESSARY. OBVIOUSLY WHAT I WANT IS FOR THE AMPLIFIED SIGNAL TO SOUND EXACTLY LIKE MY GUITAR. POSSIBLE? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. OGE [email protected]

Barring any factors with the guitar that would prohibit or complicate installation of the Element undersaddle transducer, I would highly recommend you consider the Anthem-SL.
The Anthem-SL provides the same great sound quality as the standard Anthem but in a streamlined, simplified format that is more plug-and-play. Given your stated playing situations, the Anthem-SL will be the closest to exactly like your guitar only louder.
The street price for the Anthem-SL is only $30 more than the street price for the M1Active.
