Lyric/anthem

I've owned 3 of the lyric/anthem systems with the preamp in the sound hole. I now have an issue with one of these. It initially worked great but now the sound has changed to a very thin sound. I checked everything out, battery, etc. since this is present on both the mic and the ust I believe it's the preamp. Any thoughts?

So you're saying that despite the setting on the mix control, the sound is still thin, is that right?

Can you tell me what you're playing it through too?

Yes still thin. I play through a fishman loud box artist. I have the same pickup set up in my other acoustic and it sounds incredible.
