LR Baggs Para Acoustic D.I. and LR Baggs element active pickup

I have a Breedlove C25 with LRB element active pickup and am wondering if using the Para Acoustic D.I. would help improve my sound. I have a rather tinney sound now. Or should I go with a passive D.I. box?

Hi John,

The Para DI has the 5-band EQ that can help dial in a warmer sound. A passive DI box is likely only going to improve ease of connection to a PA or mixer input without offering any tone shaping or sound enhancement.
