Hi, I am new to the forum. I have a Guild D55 with an M1 active pickup and PADI running into a mixer. I have had the same problem with 3 different mixers, so I'm assuming it's not the mixer. When I am playing my guitar loudly, all of the sudden the volume increase by 2 or 3 times. You can imagine the blast that comes from the speakers. It's startling to say the least. I have replaced the battery in the PADI. I have the Gain set at 12 oclock, the volume set at 9 oclock and the volume on the M1 set at about 1/4. Any ideas what could cause this? Thanks!Tags: None
