imix battery light

Is there any documentation on the imix battery light? How do I know when is the proper time to change the battery?

The LED on the iMix (non side mounted) only indicates on/off. It doesn't dim or flicker as the battery begins to go out.

Since there isn't a good indication on the preamp, it's usually best to check the battery every 3 months or every string change- whatever comes first.
