I just purchased a used Venue DI, and it works fine off a power supply, but not with a 9v battery. I'm assuming there must be a short or broken solder joint somewhere related to the battery jack. What is the quickest, cheapest, and easiest way to get this fixed? The seller has offered to take it back, and I'm weighing my options. Thanks!

Thanks for responding. I have decided to return the item back to the seller, it's not really worth the trouble to me. I'll probably buy a new one instead.
