volume buzzing problem

Hello,
I've just received my LR baggs M1 active and I think I've got a problem with the volume.
When the sound is between 2 and 9 I have a huge "buzz". At 10 it's perfect, it's very quiet, only the sound of the string.It's pity, I would like to have the same quality of sound (without buzz) whatever the volume.
