Anthem Tru-mic install adhesive

Are replacement adhesive pads for the Tru-mic and cable clip available? Shortly after purchasing my guitar with the Anthem installed, the Tru-mic and cable clip came loose. Needing a way to securely attach these parts. This is pretty thin and dense stuff, so not sure if I can find something else that will work.
