Hot Low E String on Larivee OM-10

I had an Anthem installed on my Larivee OM-10. The low E string sounds really hot versus the rest of the guitar and I've had a hard time balancing it out. Before I take it back to the installer is there any other fixes that I may be missing?

Most balance issues like that come down to the contact between the saddle, pickup, and saddle slot not being even. You can try pressing down on the saddle on the treble side of the saddle to see if that helps seat it more evenly in the slot, but it's likely that this issue will need to be addressed by the installer.
