  • anthem sl classical trebles and tru mic

Hello! I have a question because i have a little problems to getting good equalization to trebles when i plug and play almost always i have to down the trigger of basses nearly to minimum because the low frequencies get a lot of presence in my sound, and it lacks a little on the treble on the volume of trebles , and if i up the trigger of trebles on the mixer sometimes the guitar loses natural sound,i would to know how to fix this problem,if anyone can help me please? And i would to know if the tru mic its correctly positioned on my guitar. My guitar is a spruce top with indian rosewood back and sides very thanks! For reading this!

    Hello abeloide,
I would definitely recommend getting the mic placed in an ideal spot before going too far with EQ. I suggest putting the mic on the treble side of the center brace, in between the soundhole and the bridge. That should help you tame some of the honky or boxy frequencies. From there you can use the mic trim to set the high frequencies to match the unplugged sound and hopefully get a more natural tone.

The exact part number from VHB is "4952". We just have it cut to the size we need.
