New Anthem not working

I have a new anthem tru
mic that was working fine for a week. then muffled low volume. Now no power. Changed the battery but still not working. Suggestions?

Then I would inspect the battery cable to make sure that the battery wires didn't pull loose from the molded plug near the preamp. If that battery wire is broken or intermittent, I should be able to send you a new one under warranty.
