battery box replacement

I have encountered a problem recently and I really need help with it. I can't find any answer on the internet.
I need to find a battery box replacement for my Stage Pro Element. My battery box will not click in and stay connected and upon inspection it appears the plastic guide/lock is broken. Can somebody please help me with that?

Hi Juan / Caleb -I'm having the same issue. The battery box is not staying clicked in. This has been in my Breedlove since new and I've never hd any issues with it. I can't tell if something on the battery box has broekn or not. I did send an email to support, but thought you might be able to look at the photo in the email and let me know aht you think. Juan hwo did you fix this?
