Element Stage Pro doesn't work

Hi, I'm Francesco from Italy. Three yearg ago I bought an Alvarez Guitar with Element Stage Pro. It worked perfectly fine until yesterday when I connected the cable to my amp and the sound didn't come out. Even the tuner doesn't work (the green light flashes every 1-2 seconds but tuning doesn't show any sparkle of life). I replaced the battery and the Roland cable works with other guitars (and It worked fine with my Alvarez). Any suggestion?

Thanks for posting.

If the green tuner LED is just blinking and the tuner isn't getting a signal, that usually means that the pickup or something in the preamp isn't working properly.
