Element VTC factory installed on new Emerald X20 has very inconsistent string output

Hello,

The Low E is at least 10db hotter than the other strings. The B and High E are louder than the A, D and G. I was asked to loosen the strings and ensure the saddle is seated properly. It appeared to be. Any other potentials to look at before I go to the expense of shipping the guitar back to Ireland from the US? Many thanks in advance for any help anyone may be able to offer.

The things I would check would be the fit and flatness. The fit in the slot shouldn't be too tight, in width or length, and the bottom of the saddle should be completely flat. Those two things account for the majority of string balance issues like this.

It definitely should have been addressed at the factory.
