Stage Pro Element does not work

Several months ago I bought Alvarez ADE90CEAR that came with Stage Pro Element. Sometimes tuner turned on only after pressing the button several times instead of once.
Now after I launch it, the tuner doesn't work and the signal doesn't come through.
