Lyric random noise

Hi,

I just got Lyric and have been testing it now for couple of days. I am quite happy currently with the sound, but I am getting some random noise. It is not always present and it is not very loud, but still annoying. The noise is there even when Lyric is not installed to a guitar and just placed on a table and without touching anything. I have tried different cables and preamps. I recorded short MP3 about the noise (dropbox link below). In the beginning you can hear the noise and in the end disappears. Any ideas?

Hey kinnjukk,
That is some pretty bad noise. If your battery is good and you've had the same issues with different cables and amps, it would seem like there is an issue with the Lyric. If that is the case, I would recommend returning it to the store you purchased it from for an exchange.
