Lyric Classical Problem

Hi, I have two flamenco guitars. On my old one I have used lyric Classical and was extremely happy with it.

Jut recently I installed a new lyric Classical on my new guitar. And there is an issue.

I plugged both of them very similar guitars in the same amp (Bose s1pro) with same settings, also same lyric knob levels. And first guitar is much more crisp, fat, organic and much higher volume! Second one with newly installed lyric is somehow low in volume, echoy blurry and has alot of unhealthy middle frequency. So I'm wondering what could be wrong!?

Please someone help! I can record a video with comparing both of them with same settings if needed!
