Using the M1 with iMix

I know I can hook up the passive M1 to the iMix (if I can ever find the M1-C3 cable!). Can you use an Element/M1 combination or does it have to be iBeam along with the Element or M1? I'm hoping to have three possible variations to play with.

You can use the iMix/M1 with either the iBeam or the Element. Both combinations will give you a different quality to play with.
