m80 in solid body guitar

Has anyone ever tried this? I have a feeling it would sound really interesting(or maybe like poo....).

How Small a body? I have an M1A in a Martin 000-15S. and it sounds great. I would think that the M80 would sound even better.

With no freely resonating top, the pickup would convey a dry, string-only response. I don't know of anybody trying it but I would not expect a good result.
