M1 star washer replacment

Hey all, I've managed to lose the star lock washer for my M1 pickup strap jack. Now it tends to spin pretty freely. I didn't imagine this would be a big deal, but after a visit to a couple different hardware stores, I haven't been able to find a replacement. Anyone know what size the washer is? I've tried metric and American sizes, but they're all too small or too big. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks.
